The Pour
It's unfortunate that even in the 21st century, typecasting still exists. Murray finally lands his first modeling gig in months, which is a small but meaningful step. He's asked to work with a candle that smells like everyone's favorite morning repast, a modest job but a reminder of how challenging the industry can be, especially when you're a toucan. We've all been there, Murray. Well…. the tough world part, not the toucan part. I once made the rather unfortunate decision to grab a certain cereal that shall remain nameless but included horseshoes, rainbows, and balloons as my first meal in USMC boot camp. This might have been bad enough, considering it was a trap to see who would grab the sugary cereal. It was almost certainly amplified considering I was one of the only gingers in the platoon. Putting those two things together seems to double down on both the punishment and how long the comments last. I will say that experience wasn't exactly magical. Keep your head up, Murray. You are still destined for great things.

Safety Instructions
Wick - Always ensure that the wick is trimmed to 1/4”. Whether it is your first burn or your last, it is important for both the quality of burn and safety to ensure that the wick is properly trimmed to the recommended length.
Candle Placement – Always burn your candle on a sturdy, heat-resistant surface or coaster. Keep the burning candle away from low-hanging items that could fall into it. Always keep a burning candle out of reach of pets and children. Keep clear of drafts. Breezes around a candle can cause soot and carbon buildup on the wick, commonly referred to as mushrooming. Always burn your candle within view.
Burn Time – The recommended proper burn time for a scented container candle is between 3-4 hours. You should not burn your candle longer than the recommended timeframe. It is especially important during the first couple of lighting intervals to keep them as close to four hours as possible. This allows the wax pool to reach the edges of the glass. Failure to do so can result in tunneling. A small amount of tunneling can be normal going into the third burn, but it is generally corrected toward the middle of the candle.
When To Stop – Cease burning the candle when it is ¼” from the bottom of the jar.
